Welcome to the Djangify Support Policy. This document explains our payment processing system, the relationship between Djangify and our associated domains, and where to find help for products or services purchased from any Djangify-affiliated website.
Payment Processing
When you purchase products or services from any of our affiliated websites, the payment will be processed through Djangify:
- The name "Djangify" will appear on your credit card statement or payment receipt
- All payments are securely processed through Stripe
- Receipts and invoices will be issued under the Djangify business name
- This is normal and indicates that your payment was processed successfully
If you have questions about a charge from Djangify on your statement, please check if you've purchased from any of our associated domains listed below.
Refunds and Returns
A Fair & Honest Refund Policy. Because our products are digital downloads, they are yours instantly upon purchase. Our standard policy is no refunds once files are downloaded. However, if you have not downloaded the product or you feel their is a valid reason why you should receive a refund, please email us within 30 days and we will make it right. All requests are assessed on an individual basis.

Getting Help
Help for Djangify products comes from three places:
- Documentation. Every stage of setting up and running Djangify has a written guide.
- Videos. The how-to videos show the steps on screen.
- AI. The guides are written so you can upload them to an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT, which walks you through each step.
There is no one-to-one support. If you think you have found a bug in the software itself, you are welcome to report it using the email below.
